A Study On Standardization And Development Of Private Fund On Securities In China

In the past 50 years,the private securities investment fund has been a new investment tool with great popularity. It has brought profound changes to the way and idea of conducting financial investment activities,and even the global financial system. It also has been playing an important role in the modern capital market. With the development of the capital market in China, especially the stock market, a number of private funds have grown steadily and have become an important force in the stock market. However, the private fund, with the lack of protection and supervision by the law,has brought not only something new but also some unrest into the stock market. This paper focuses on the hot spot of today's stock market in China, combines market stability with its development,and focuses on the theme with thorough,systematic and practical discussions.The paper consists of four chapters: the first chapter introduces research background ,former research,structure arrangement and research methods mainly; the second chapter illustrates the concept, and characteristics of the private investment fund, and depicts in details the differences between private and public investment funds;and through the analysis of the operating ways of the private securities investment fund in China, this thesis expounds the impacts of the private investment fund upon the stock market in China, shows that the emergence of the private fund is the demand of the market development, and discusses the business operating ways of the private investment fund on the basis of legalization; the third chapter, through the analysis of the operating ways of the private securities investment fund abroad, makes discussions on the legal supervision system for the future steady development of the private investment fund in China; the last chapter presents a series of policy suggestions for the development of the private securities investment fund.
