Research On Innovation Strategy Of Small & Medium-sized Enterprises' Imports & Exports Financing

It's widely believed that small & medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important part in national economy, and act as a source of technique innovation and job creation. However, in the course of these SMEs development, they have much difficulty in the lack of capital and financing, which restrict their development. The difficulty of SMEs'financing has called broad attention in the academe, and many experts has put forward related countermeasures. However, the research from the view of Im & Ex financing is still only a little. At present, along with unlashing the right of international trade management, the amount of small & medium-sized trade enterprises increases rapidly, and the demand of capital grows fast as well. Im & Ex financing has become an important capital source for the development of SMEs'trade business, compared with the traditional circulating fund loan, trade financing has more advantages, and has great significance in solving SMEs'financing problems.This thesis focuses on SMEs'Im & Ex financing. From the view of Im & Ex financing, it combines theory research with demonstration investigation. By summarizing the theory of SMEs'financing, comparing diversified manners of international trade financing as well as using international advanced trade financing experiences for reference, on the basis of investigation of SMEs'characters and financing status in Qingdao, The author probes into the solution strategy for the difficulty of SMEs'trade financing in Qingdao. In the first chapter, the author explains the related concept of SMEs'trade financing, and analyses the significance, status and development trend of it; and then, in Chapter 2, the thesis expounds related theory of SMEs'trade financing; In Chapter 3, the article lists the character and priority of each kind of trade financing mode, and point out the suitable financing tool for SMEs'Im & Ex; In Chapter 4, the author summarize the international advanced trade financing experiences, and hope it can make a reference for our country's SMEs; In the last chapter, this article takes SMEs'trade financing in Qingdao as a demonstration, point out the current problems, find out the reasons and put forward the solutions. And hope this study can benefit the development of SMEs'trade financing in Qingdao.
