Study On Risk Evaluation And Control Of Coal Enterprises ERP Project

With the flying development of information technology, informatization wave has touched every domain of our lives. The ERP technology and its thought also has broke the traditional manufacturing, and been used by other industry stage by stage. In order to break management bottleneck and to improve benefit, some coal enterprises also introduced into ERP one after another. However, the ERP project may bring huge benefit to enterprises; it may also bring huge risks at the same time. The ERP project risks exist in every project phase, of them, risks of implement phase can affect enterprises the most. If we can identify the risk factors of ERP project roundly, make risk evaluation well and duly, take corresponding control measure truly, then the ERP risks can be reduced furthest. The goal of this paper is base on the above.First, this paper introduced the correlative knowledge of ERP; then, it used the ERP-CMM and ICEM to analyze enterprises ERP implement capability. After that, based on the study of risk evaluation and risk control, it bring forward the process,strategy and methods of risk control. At last, taking the Fengyuan Group as example, the paper analyzed the risk evaluation and risk control methods of coal enterprise ERP project detailed.
