Construction Of Indexes System And Evaluation Model Of The Coal Enterprise's Trans-regional Expansion Risk

Along with the continuously high intensity of mining, the available coal resources has been reduced year after year and the life of the existing mining has sharply shortened in main areas of many coal enterprises, when they improve their coal production greatly. So, more and more coal enterprises begain to view to outside to continue their life cycle, to compete for more coal resources and to capture market. Mining by trans-regional expansion to implement spatial extension strategy is an inevitable choice for most coal enterprises to realize the value of value-added chain and sustainable development. Because the coal enterprises' trans-regional expansions have very big investments and very long payback periods, there are many risk factors that influence on the trans-regional expansions. So if don't control the risk factors correctly, it will bring tremendous impacts to the coal enterprises.In this background, this thesis centres on the risk of the coal enterprises' trans-regional expansion and the risk evaluation. Firstly, it defines the connotation of the coal enterprise's trans-regional expansion and raises the problem of the coal enterprise's trans-regional expansion risk, by clarifying the connotation of the enterprise's trans-regional expansion, and analysing the connotation and caues of the risks of the enterprise' trans-regional expansion. Secondly, this through looking up literatures, this thesis from inside and outside assumes the possible risks of the coal enterprise's trans-regional expansion.Then it uses the method of combining theory with questionnaires to deeply analyse the risk factors which influence on the coal enterprise's trans-regional expansion, and uses the ISM to explain the relationship among these 9 types of risk factors. On the basis of analysis of the coal enterprises' trans-regional expansion risk, it structures a primary set of risk factors, and screens this set to get the risk indicator index system of the coal enterprises' trans-regional expansion by questionnaire, interview and statistical method. On the basis of statistical results, it sorts the fourth indicators in order by the correlation between the fourth indicators and the coal enterprise's trans-regional expansion, which divides the fourth indicators into three classifications from high to low. Thirdly, it uses the method of combining fuzzy comprehensive judgement with AHP to construct the coal enterprises' trans-regional expansion risk evaluation model, and validates this model by empirical research, in which it evaluates the trans-regional expansion risk of the coal enterprise of the case.Lastly, it makes some suggestions for coal enterprises to control risks.
