This article is based on the Stress Management Theory, taking the developing trends internationally, to combine the EAP design and stress source analysis. The past EAP options are begin from helping employee to control the reaction to stress, the help is always being"late": the employee has been dis-influenced by the stress, it can only make up the bad impact from psychology and body. The better result will be achieved if EAP designed based on the analysis of the source of stress, since it can cut off the chance of employee been dis-pressed from the very beginning, and it also helped to build a healthy, human-oriented corporate culture.The RBCD company has been bring in as the case study, we can learn the employee's"un satisfaction"points in 2005's Associate Survey and thus know the related working stress source behind, the most obvious 3 points been analyzed as the common stress source of RBCD; Also the stress interview has been done to define the target employee group's stress sources, feedback from: Management Employee, Technical Developing Employee and Workshop Employee.Employees have most-un-satisfaction on"Decision Involvement","Career Development"and"Working Condition", to resolve this problem, we analysis the stress caused by above elements combining the RBCD's human resource situation, and design a option that implement internally and out-sourcing. Meanwhile, the specific sub-program have been raise out for Management Employee, Technical Developing Employee and Workshop Employee.
