As a kind of immaterial asset and economic resource, credit is the foundation for the effective operation of the market economy. Enterprise credit is an important part, which is the most basic, the most common form of social credit system. However, breaking corporation credit has become more serious and observable at present in our country, which has brought tremendous harm to the order of community. Therefore, the attention to corporation credit conditions, the in-depth research on the phenomenon of loss of corporation credit, strengthening credit construction, optimization of the social credit environment, the promotion of socio-economic development is of great significance, and the solution to lack of Credit has become the most urgent issue.Embarking from the basic concept of credit and enterprise credit, the paper has made a detailed analysis and exposition from different angles. On the basis of a clear understanding of the enterprise credit, it defines the loss of enterprise credit, points out that several prominent performance and harmful consequences and next analyzes the legal reasons of its serious phenomenon. According to these information, this paper proposes to establish and improve a mechanism to punish enterprises breach of trust and analyzes its urgency and necessity of the establishment, and focuses on the explanation of the basic tenets of punitive mechanism, including its concept, features, functions, system design and system composition, implementation and its main ways.As the system security of punishment mechanism for breach of trust and the liability of the extension of punitive measures, China's credit system construction is particularly weak at this stage, which resulted in the imperfect liability system, on account of this, lack of credit has been ineffective in regulating the phenomenon, instead of being encouraged by the economic order, it is seriously hampering the establishment of credit. Due to the information mentioned above, this paper redefines the design dimensions of legal responsibility of the loss of enterprise credit. Credit, which should be protecting the legal liability system, is a comprehensive responsibility system. Sanctions of the legal responsibility of dishonest behavior should not be limited to the adoption of a single approach but a combination approach and forms.
