Credit is produced with the development of the market.It is the inevitable outcome of the development of commodity economy and market economy to a certain stage.In the rapid development of our market economy and credit economy at the same time,the lack of credit problems are also rising,credit loss phenomenon with all aspects of the social political and economic life in our country,to the investment,finance,trade and consumption of the whole society brought inconvenience economic activities,such as increased transaction costs,severely disrupted the market economic order,exacerbated the market economy environment.Credit is the premise and foundation of market economy.The major problems encountered in the normal operation of market economy in China have aroused great attention from the CPC central committee.The problem of credit loss has become a hot issue of concern and concern for all classes in the current society,and it has become the consensus of the whole society to establish and improve the social credit system.But as the key link of the disciplinary system of social credit system has yet to have deep and system research,whether in theory or practice,there are many problems need to solve.Social credit environment and reality in our country based on the assumption of the rational economic man behavior,trying to establish a mechanism of market discipline as the main body,many departments using administrative and legal means,combined punishment faithless joint punishment mechanism system of the person in charge of credit deficiency of our country's credit detects status for governance,optimization of the basis of social credit environment for research and help.This article is divided into six parts,the first generalizes the basis of related concepts and literature,and starting from the actual situation in Jiangxi province,summarized analysis of the performance and characteristics of credit loss in Jiangxi province,using mathematical analysis method to the harm of lack of social credit in Jiangxi province has carried on the thorough analysis,and the lack of credit is expounded from several aspects,economics related theory focuses on exploration and analyzes the deep reason of lack of credit.Third,using the related theory to the interests of the joint behavior of market main body of the faithless disciplinary constraint,game behavior under different constraint conditions,and the generation of disciplinary mechanism carried on the thorough analysis,especially focus on analysis and discussionon the from traditional disciplinary approach to disciplinary mechanism of inner evolution in the social credit system,and points out the influence factors of joint punishment mechanism to establish credibility.The integrated use of the theory,from different angles of dishonest joint punishment mechanism in Jiangxi province,this paper presents the ideas and the overall design,this paper expounds the strategy of the development of Jiangxi province joint punishment mechanism to establish credibility,and proposes the specific safeguard measures and the suggestion,for broken joint retribution theory basis in Jiangxi province.
