The Study On The Trust Problem Of The Small And Medium-sized Enterprise

The trust problem becomes a social problem causing more attention increasingly by people. In recent years, China has appeared more serious trust imperfection phenomenon. As a kind of social harmful effects, this phenomenon almost permeates in each aspect of economy, politics and social activities. While in the economic realm, the trust imperfection problem of the small and medium-sized enterprise seems is even more serious.For this, taking a part of Harbin small and medium-sized enterprise as investigate samples, this thesis takes small and medium-sized enterprise as a research object, researches the present condition and disadvantage of trust imperfection, finds out the reason of what resulting in the trust imperfection, investigates the countermeasure to strengthen the small and medium-sized enterprise trust construction in Harbin on this foundation.Firstly, this thesis carries on a definition on the small and medium-sized enterprise, and elaborates the content of the trust concept and the meaning of trust construction of the small and medium-sized enterprise.Secondly, it introduces the inquisition process and the analysis on the result of investigation by writer in 6 small and medium-sized enterprises of Harbin. Showing by the interview investigation result of some relation units having business with the 6 enterprises, the trust imperfection problem in Harbin small and medium-sized enterprise is more severity. Owning to trust imperfection, it brings great disadvantage to the economic performance and the development of the enterprise itself.Thirdly, it carries on analysis to the reasons of the trust imperfection in small and medium-sized enterprise in Harbin. The author believes that these reasonsinclude, the tie of the tradition culture, the one-sided development of modern society, the immature of market economy system, the stagnation of the thought and morals construction, the weakness of law control, the difficulty of the consumer power protection etc.Lastly, according to above-mentioned investigation and analysis, the thesis puts forward some Countermeasures of trust construction, e.g. valuing the enterprise morals construction, strengthening the enterprise trust system construction, developing the trust medium service strongly, enhancing the punishment mechanism for failure in promise etc.
