Research On Hengda Trade Loan Project Of Assembled Funds Trust Plan

Since the reform and opening-up,the SMEs(small and medium-sized enterprises)have been the most active engines in the growing of Chinese economy.The needs of financing,during those SMEs' continuous development,will occur to all enterprises,while the traditional financing methods such as bank loans can not satisfy their needs of capital.As a result,trust financing,as an effective method to solve the problem,has become increasingly popular in the application of financing.Assembled funds trust is a relatively new product in trust industry,which can be classified as an integrated management and application of funds from many investors operated by the trust agents.This method is a great attempt trying to solve the Chinese SMEs' funding problems.It has remarkable advantages in supporting SMEs'development,no matter in the designing concept view or in the practical operational view.However,it may bring risks to enterprises to some degree and may not solve the funding problems effectively and directly.As the development of assembled funds trust in China is relatively short,there are still large gaps lying between Chinese assembled funds trust and that of foreign developed markets which have long-term financing experiences.Meanwhile,some enterprises of China do not have a thorough understanding of assembled funds trust and many problems and risks occur to the SMEs when assembled funds trust is applied,How to popularize and apply this new trust method properly in Chinese market,and in turn contribute it to the growth of Chinese trust industry,become the priority issue to deal with.This essay took "Hengda trade loan project of assembled funds trust plan" as an example,studied trust plan from the aspects of process and risk,etc.During the study,literature review and case study methods are employed.After the review of existing knowledge from domestic and foreign scholars,the structure of assembled fund trust can be defined.Furthermore,this essay pointed out the problems and risks that may occur in the plan by investigating the trade structure and operational process of the project and provided the solutions as well as the improvement suggestions.At last,taking example by "Hengda trade loan project of assembled fund trust plan",the essay provided suggestions to help Chinese assembled funds trust plan to conduct successfully.By doing that,Chinese assembled fund trust plan can be known by an increasing number of companies and this essay may be a reference for the SMEs to help them to learn assembled fund trust plan in the future.
