The internal and external environment has been greatly changed, Hunan Development Share-holding Limited Company entered the strategic turning point in the crucial period. The research on the development strategies of the company will have a positive impact to achieve a smooth transition strategy, adjust their strategic thinking, and correct its strategic direction. Meanwhile, the research will also have some reference value to the local electricity enterprises whose situation is same or similar to Hunan Chen Dian International Development Share-holding Limited Company.After expounding the topic background and the topic significance, the author outlined the foundation theory and related integrated theory used in the paper, mainly including Competitive Strategy, Resources Strategy Theory, Strategic Turning Point Management Theory, Core Competence Theory and electricity market theory, etc. By applying these theories, systematically analyse the external and internal environment of Hunan Chen Dian International Development Share-holding Limited Company which is right at specific times and specific circumstances; meanwhile, by adopting strategic management analytical tools and methods, eg. "Porter 5-poewr Model" and "SWOT Analysis", have in-depth study on the company strategies. Thus, have a more objective and comprehensive understanding to the external international environment, enterprise resource advantages and core competencies, internal advantages and disadvantages, external opportunities and threats of Hunan Chen Dian International Development Share-holding Limited Company.
