This thesis analyses how to prevent the risk of target choosing during the enterprise M&A(mergers and acquisitions), and studies the theory and methods that leading enterprises find the best way to achieve the strategy of M&A. Risk prevention is the key point in the thesis.There are four main chapters in thesis: introduction, associated theories research, risk prevention, true case analyzing and summarize. Starting with the modern industry background, it deeply researches the risk prevention of target choosing during M&A. Last, it takes a true case as a sample - Lenovo merged IBM PC district in 2004, expatiates the whole analyzing period of the big case. And then makes a summarization in the end. |
