Research On The Optimization Plan And Implementation Strategy For The Chimbusco's Storage And Transportation System

Aim at problems of Chimubsco's storage and transportation system, this thesis uses the theory of modern logistics management and the theory of logistics integration, investigates optimization plan and implementation strategy for the Chimubsco's storage and transportation system, then put forward the proposition that Chimubsco could optimize it's storage and transportation system by the mode of logistics integration based on self-support.Firstly, the thesis introduce the investigate background, objective and purport; then analysis Chimubsco's storage and transportation situations and current problems. Come to the conclusion that the problems are multi-management, be short of logistics organization and low efficiency etc.Secondly, we optimize Chimubsco's storage and transportation system, namely establish logistics management center as Chimubsco's uniform logistics organization; establish shipping company by conforming transport oil tanker; establish product oil collocation and freight mechanism by conforming oil storage resource.Lastly, we investigate implement of the optimization, which is divided into optimization implement, choosing the conforming resource project and building logistics communication system.
