My thesis introduced Bangladesh Country Bank from its historical background, operation model, organization structure and management, as well as its outstanding achievements, combined with the grass-rooted financial idea of Muhammad Yunus, who founded the Bank, analyzing the reason why Bangladesh Country Bank made great achievements from several different aspects, for example, national conditions, marketing operation, effective supervision and so on, illustrating what the success of Bangladesh Country Bank meant to the solution of dilemma in making tiny loans to desperately poor farmers, mitigating domestic contradiction, breaking the fixed pattern of thinking in rural finance, arousing the attention of the whole world to the poor people economics, pointing out how the successful pattern of micro-credit has ignited a spotlight upon China, as well as its influence upon the building of our harmonious and credit society, summarizing the problems of high sill, multiple procedures, tiny loans, high interests and short period when micro-credit is practiced in China, putting forward several solutions from the different angles, for example, focusing on zero guarantee, sustainability, marketing, the education of the population who make loans, medical insurance, social faith, coming out the laws and regulations that may concern.
