The Study On The Participation Of The Rural Communities In The Development Of Rural Tourism

Domestic and international practice shows that the development of rural tourism is of paramount importance for the rural communities, thus it was increasingly emphasized by the government. In order to promote the sustainable development of rural tourism, and to solve employment of rural labor issues and "farms, agriculture, village" issues solution, participation in village tourism issues must be resolved.The participation of rural communities in rural tourism can promote the development of rural communities, to reduce the negative impact of tourism development on the rural communities, to promote ecological environment and the protection of traditional culture. Duet the residents of rural communities' conditions, the impact of official rank, and the system imperfect conditions, constraints, the rural community participation in the process of rural tourism in tourism activities are in low quality, and are limited in the distribution of income status. Thus, on the basis of abroad experience, we should try to establish rural community participation models in tourism development for effective participation in principle feasible, in the main analysis of different status, and the participation of the main functions of the relationship between the establishment of rural communities in the four rural tourism mechanism, analysis of different rural tourism should be applied to different types of development patterns, thereby to raise the awareness of the involvement of community residents to ensure that residents of rural communities priority in employment to strengthen rural tourism management and guidance, and other measures to achieve rural communities benefit from tourism development of the ultimate goal.This paper is divided into nine parts: the first part is the introduction in this part, the author illustrated the significance of this study, the research methodology and literature review. The second part is to define the concept of the study involved in the communities, rural communities, rural tourism, rural community participation in tourism development. The third part of the rural community is about the analysis of the importance of developing rural tourism from the government, rural communities. The fourth part is about the rural communities' advantages and constraints in rural tourism development. That is the advantage of resources, the market competitive advantages, the labor resources and policy advantages, the main constraints are the political constraints, economic constraints, cultural constraints etc. The fifth part is about the participation study of the rural communities in rural tourism. The study shows that the performance quality of the main elements involved in tourism activities is less low, and the participation are imperfect and negative.. in the sixth part, by quoting the case of foreign tourism development in rural communities, the author absorbed a lot of experience. In the seventh part, the author build a model of the rural communities in rural tourism development, including the model of rural communities in rural tourism development, the participation of the rural community and the status of the main functions of the rural tourism development in the relationship between the main village communities, the different type of the development mechanism of rural tourism and rural tourism type. The eighth part is about the specific measures for the problem of the rural communitity participation in the rural development. The last part is the conclusion.
