With the rapid development of globalization the Enterprise Strategic Control is being endowed with increasing significance. Bearing in mind the Enterprise Strategic Control and its flexibility jointly determine, to certain degree, the fate of any modern enterprise, an enterprise has to re-survey each concerned elements of its strategic control, reviews the strategic programming process and re-constructs its unique management philosophy so as to locate the new approach toward long-term sustainable development.The thesis, first of all, presents the topic with a brief introduction to study purposes, study approaches and its outlines. Then the paper gives a general introduction to the Tiger Microwave pointing out that it must lay out its own management strategy according to the exterior strategic environment and strengthen the core competitiveness to achieve its consolidation and development. Besides, the thesis also analyses the opportunities and threats facing its exterior strategic environment by the combination of macro-environment analysis through PEST and Industry Environment analysis through Michael Porter's Industry Competition Analysis Mode. Subsequently, the Strategic Environment inside Tiger Microwave is also being construed with focus on the following factors ranging from main-stream business, human resources, technology resources, IPR, management mechanism, marketing, entrepreneur culture to financial situation. As a result, the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise have been fully demonstrated all through the process. On the basis of the above analysis, SO, ST, WO, WT strategies are also available as the result of SWOT study. Consequently, the strategic scheme has been confirmed which includes three parts, namely, strategic target, strategic plan, the focus and the selection of strategic implementation. With the comprehensive analysis of each step of the practical strategy, we know Tiger Microwave's strategic target is to be hit through the following three channels, that is, integrity strategy and its implementation, entrepreneur culture strategy and its implementation, priority-on-total-cost strategy and its implementation. The risk analysis on Tiger Microwave's strategic actualization gives rise to precautions against the risk accordingly. By generalizing the key points of the thesis the author brings the article to its end.
