China has become a global factory in a short time since reform and opening-up. The market has brought out a huge business opportunity, and numerous trades and industries have been booming, and many enterprises also got rapid development and growth. However, as China’s economic growth gradually slows down, the market capacity is no longer in rapid growth, the competition among companies is heating up brings which make transformation and upgrading of product a must. Besides, the acceleration of world economic integration and complex market environment lead to the fierce competition among enterprises. Confronted with such uncertain market economy, enterprises are required to grasp the macro-environment and market dynamics, and to comprehensive coordinate different systems of marketing, manufacturing, engineering and accounting in order to foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses and innovate constantly and that’s why enterprise strategic management comes up.Strategic management is a scientific logical process, which contributes to correctly evaluating business opportunities and threats in external environment, recognizing companies’advantage and disadvantage, confirming the core competitiveness. Formulating effective strategic activity area brings long-term competitive advantage for enterprises.Our company-L. K. is currently at a critical development stage. it is very necessary to make a prospective company strategic plan. When the company’s development strategic direction is not correctly controlled, it will be easy to increase the operating risk, or even lose the crucial development opportunity.This thesis focuses on the company’s development process. It ananlyzes macro environment and industry conditions which the company are facing, and summarizes the main existing problem in the company. Then, the writer analyzes the enterprise’s internal resources and operating competence through the financial strength, human resources, technical resources, management resources, brand resources, material resources etc.The next five-year’s company development strategy has been presented combining with the company’s SWOT analysis. In the meanwhile, the coming five-year’s development strategic target of the company and relevant measures is also formulated. Procedures of management strategy, strategy evaluation and control have been framed to ensure this strategy implimented smoothly. The writer intends to provide instruction and practical significance to development strategy selection and implementation of the company through this research.
