| Air China, China Southern Airlines, China Eastern Airlines these three major Airlines have been recomposed successfully since 2002 following reform and development of Chinese Civil Aviation. It represented the marketing competition of Civil Aviation have been entered a new period.Each Airline company will choose different strategies to support the development and marketing competition due to those different resources. The difference of Airlines network system will influence their marketing competition strategies and influence revenue model of Airlines as well. This thesis begins network and take a deep analysis to connect with network of Air China.It is the new approach of this thesis to analyze the existing network of Air China to connect with knowledge of network. The approach emphasizes the following elements:â‘ It offer an good experience to how to choose a suitable network for other Airlines through analyze on characters of existing network of Air China.â‘¡It farther demonstrate why Air China choose hub-and-spoke network system through the background analysis and the marketing competition analysis. It also adopts many related data with Air China during the demonstration.â‘¢It easily caught the key point of network of Air China because it take a sample from Air China and also fund the shortcoming of network constructing. This thesis offer many advises and improvement project for network constructing of Air China.The development of marketing competition brought the network analysis. The network system analysis offers a help for the development of Airline companies. It also offers a good experience for other Airlines connecting with Air China sample. It is good for China Civil Aviation which taking a farther reform to face international competition.In the end the thesis summarizes the research. And put forward some shortcoming of research and future research direction. |
