The Construction And Reorganization About The Channels Of The Commercial Banks

The constructions about the channels of banks not only relate to the maintenance with their customers, but also influence the achievements of banks. Therefore, the constructions of the channels have been regarded as the main field for banks to compete with each other. Nowadays, our banks are actively restructuring their current physical banks, improving and extending the construction of their self-service channel, banks in Internet, phone banks and some other user terminals, meanwhile, by trying to build up a unified multi-channel customer-service platform, they aimed at making all the channels combined together to take a full use of them.In this paper, according to the analysis of the characteristics and their current conditions of all the channels of the bank, we find out the problems that still exist in the channels construction and integration process, meanwhile, we select some successful lessons from the representative foreign nations such as America, Japan and Canada, by the instruction of the resource-integration theory, we discuss the concrete measures which we should take in future the constructions of bank and integration of their channels. This article is composed of the following five parts:The first part is the background and significance of this paper. By reviewing the contents about the channels construction of banks, we tell the specific writing method and find out the innovations of this paper.The second part is the contents and characteristics of different channels of banks. By describing the contents and characteristics all kinds of channels, we give a deep analysis of the "resource integration theory", by which we can instruct our domestic commercial banks to integrate their resources.The third part talks about the cases of foreign banks. It introduces several representative cases of bank channels' construction from America, Japan, Canada, and then concludes some instructions for our domestic commercial banks.The fourth part tells the domestic conditions of channels' integration and the problems that exist in the bank channels of commercial banks. We find out the present problems according to the conditions of bank channels' construction, and then conduct a brief analysis of the reasons that lead to the present conditions.The last part discusses the concrete ways to integrate bank channels. According to our present problems, with the successful experiences from abroad, we get a set of detailed ways to conduct the channels' integration that are suitable to China.
