Reserch On Influencing Factors Of ICBC O2O Channel Integration Based On Structural Equation

With the rapid development of big data,computers,and network technologies,the rapid rise of Internet finance has brought shocks and challenges to commercial banks,and commercial banks have had to transform traditional offline channels into online channels.Studying the influencing factors of channel integration will help improve the level of channel integration and enhance the performance of channel integration.Based on literature reviews at home and abroad,this thesis takes ICBC as the research object,conducts research on the influencing factors of ICBC O2 O channel integration,and finds the ICBC O2 O channel integration based on the development status and problems of ICBC O2 O channel integration.Internal and external influencing factors,the Delphi method was used to screen and determine the indicators of the influencing factors.At the same time,questionnaires were used to obtain data,and SPSS 20.0 was used for statistical analysis of the data.Based on the relevant assumptions,the structural equation model was set up to conduct an empirical study to explore the impact of various influencing factors on customer satisfaction and channel integration performance,and the path relationships among various influencing factors.The model was tested for fitness using AMOS 23.0 software.And the revision of the model,and verify the establishment of the research hypothesis,and concluded that the internal strategy and management level and internal capacity development level have a positive and significant impact on ICBC O2 O channel integration performance level;the external environment adopts internal strategy and management level,The level of internal capacity building has an indirect positive effect on ICBC's O2 O channel integration performance level;the level of internal capacity building has the highest impact on ICBC O2 O channel integration performance and other empirical test results.At the same time,the path correlations between various influencing factors are examined.The external environment mainly has a positive and significant effect on the internal strategy and management level,internal capacity building and customer satisfaction.The internal strategy and management have a positive effect on the level of internal capacity building.Significantly affected.Finally,for the empirical analysis results,relevant countermeasures are proposed.
