As the aging of population getting serious in the whole world, the worldwide reforms regarding pension policy have been processed in the majority of countries currently; one objective of reforms is trying to maintain the balance between the financial stability and the decent life of retired people. As the important economy entity taking up 50% total GDP of whole world, the analysis on pension policy of OECD countries will provide the contemporary Chinese pension reform with essential advices.The paper compares pension polices across 30 OECD countries, which tries to achieve a comprehensive survey of pension schemes and implementation of pension policy in contemporary OECD countries via the analysis of pension system parameters. The comparison between china and OECD countries is obtained by researching on status and problems of current Chinese pension reform with pension schemes and implementation of pension policy in OECD countries. Three indexes have been introduced by monitoring OECD pension policies, replacement rate, relevant pension level and pension wealth, combining with actuarial and statistics methodology, so as to modeling and calculating the data of three indexes in china, these data offers comparison regarding pension level between china and OECD countries, which is eventually aids policymaker optimizing the modern reform of pension policy in china. Finally, the paper as well conducts the research on Chinese indexation via giving revised advise for existing indexation model. Through doing survey involving retired people via processing questionnaire targeting the response of retired people on price fluctuations of twenty-six important consumables, this paper reveals a consuming price sensitivity model of retired people, and calculates the sensitivity data of retired people regarding a variety of consumables. These revised advices given by price sensitivity data of retired people promote the contemporary research of indexation reform in modern china.
