Research On Risk Valuation And Control Of Logistics Corporation

With the great development of logistics industry, the intensification of competition and complication of environment, logistics corporations are confronted with increasing and strong risks. But our research on risk management of logistics corporations exists in the Initial stage, at the same time the effective evaluation and control ways have not been formed. So, it's very important and urgent that this paper work over the evaluation and control of logistics corporation risk. The paper can be divided into five parts:The first part points out the background, significance and main content of this paper.In the second chapter, based on detailed discuss about the elementary theory of logistics corporation risk, the author analyzes the formation reasons and characterization of logistics corporation risk from several angles and different levels, and studies on the movement of risk.The third part builds the evaluation index system and evaluation principles of logistics corporation risk, constructs the fuzzy synthetic evaluation model and makes the demonstration analysis.The forth part is also the key of the paper. In this chapter, the author brings forward the risk compensation mode to analysis the economic risk of logistics project, and combines project risk evaluation with enterprise risk evaluation,The last chapter discusses on risk sharing strategy,risk transferring strategy and risk monitoring strategy.
