The Synthetic Evaluation Method Of Logistics Park Location And Related Issues Research

In recent years, logistics park location research remains hot, and many scholars home and abroad have achieved lots of valuable results. However, till now a set of systematic theory about logistics park location has not been established, and there are many related problems needed to be further discussed in this research. In this paper, the logistics park location synthetic evaluation method and index system are studied synthetically, and some results gained are as follows:First, logistics park location problem is briefly described: the concept, connotation, basic characteristics and properties of logistics park location are summarized, the background and reasons of the logistics park development are analyzed, the catalog, effect and service function of logistics park location are concluded, and the recent logistics park construction situation of China as well as foreign countries represented by Japan and Germany are introduced.Second, synthetic evaluation method is systematically analyzed, the concept, elements, characteristics and the basic principles that must be observed of synthetic evaluation are summarized, the process and steps of synthetic evaluation are specified, and every modeling method is studied.Based on the further study above about the logistics park and synthetic evaluation method, the literatures about logistics park location by scholars home and abroad are analyzed, the theories about how to apply synthetic evaluation method in selecting logistics park location are systematically discussed, and a set of logistics park location selected process that focuses on synthetic evaluation method is proposed. Further, combined with qualitative and quantitative analysis, and taking advantage of Delphi method, AHP, fuzzy evaluation method and grey relational analysis method , an improved composite evaluation method is put forward.Then, Based on analyzing the disadvantages of existed logistics park location synthetic evaluation index system, and concluding which factors will vary with logistics park location from the angle of logistics park operation, a synthetic evaluation index system is proposed. And the method quantifying some parts of qualitative indexes is proposed, for example the convenience degree of every transportation mode is demonstrated through the function of distance between candidate location and every transportation mode node.Finally, the results above are applied in determining the location of PingHu Logistics Park Exclusive for Agricultural Products. Through example analysis, it is proved that the evaluation index system proposed in this paper is effective and feasible.
