Automotive Industry has over two-digital increases for several years after 2000.It is quite urgent for the components to meet the demand as the vehicle volume of 2006 reach 7.2 millions. Corporation B is one of the major players in this market, and defines China as its strategic market, thus make it very important for it to explore new business through new projects.Brakes are one of the key components of Chassis brake system, which has direct impact on vehicle safety, propulsion, comfortable and economy. Brake product development will allow company to streamline with the global market and help to improve the automotive components Industry development in China.As part of the real project, after studying the relationship between decision making and project investment analysis, it also studies the background of B Corporation and X project, studies competitors analysis and company's SWOT; It introduces the automotive market forecast and trend of the price down, introduces the product and process of X project, perform the finance study and sensitivity study, together with the environment protection study, introduces the organization practice from PMI, through studying the actual situation of company, select one O-chart for the project implementation, and provide one direction for the potential change later. After access the risks varied from timing, financial and other aspects it provide some action plans for further improvement. Though above studies, this project has good payback and NPV, product and process are robust, organization can meet the project requirement. It also meets company and regulation's requirements from environment side. Risks are under control .In total, the project is feasible to implement.
