The strategy decision is core contents of the modern corporation strategy management, strategy decision strives to strengthen the competitive advantages of the enterprise by identifying the opportunities and avoiding the adventures, which are from changefully exterior context, to make it remain invincible in the fierce market competition, to mold the core comprtitive power of the corporation which and be depended on to become champion in the market of the vehement competition. Strategy decision has already become an importance research topic of management science domain: on the one hand, with the gradually perfection of market system and the increasing competition in the market, each kind of business enterprises faces the huge opportunity and challenge, how to hold opportunities and meet challenges is a problem that enterprises must face for survival and development. On the other hand, the enterprise scale is increasing great, each kind of enterprise relation within context is also more and more complicated, together with decision maker can not accurately estimate the uncertainty of strategy-context, strategy decision is more difficult and complicated. So, how to accurately analyse enterprise strategy-context and how to make strategy choice is a great significant research topic.This paper points out many problems of traditional strategy-context analysis and the strategy choice, which exist in the theories foundationand and operation process. These problems mainly represent on the following four aspects: (1) The traditional strategy-context analysis model just vaguely lists exterior opportunity and threat and enterprise strengths and weakness, without considering the different role of opportunity, threat, strengths and weakness, as a result of poor maneuverability and practicability. (2) The probability which used in traditional strategy-context analysis model and strategy choice is estimated by decision makers, because the difference of their experience, mental state and risk attitude, the subjective probability gives the strategy decision more uncertainty. (3) The evaluation of decision maker to value will influence to the strategy decision, the traditional strategy-context analysis and strategy choice can't well describe decision-maker's understanding of expectancy-value, namely the decision makers always pay more attention to the variety-value of income or lose.In order to resolve above-mentioned problems, this paper puts forward a new strategy-context analysis model and strategy choice method. Fires, this paper goes deep into the composing factors and their characteristic, and elaborates on how the behavior and mental factor of the decision maker influence strategy decision. Secondly, this text leads the the Prospect Theory that Kahneman and Tversky put forward to go into to the enterprise strategy decision for resolving problems above, and set up PT-based strategy-context analysis model, which can be used for accurately analyzing external context and internal condition. Value function and its reference in PT can be used to resolve uncertainty of subjective preference and the dynamic context problem, Weighting function in PT can be used to correct subjective probability, which is more convenient to reflect a mental and behavior factors of decision maker; PT-based model can give a importance row of opportunity, threat, strength, weakness, it also can draw up alternatives according to the result of strategy-context analysis. In the end, this paper will give PT-based strategy choice method for founding out the optimum strategy alternative.This paper leads PT into to enterprise strategy decision, resolving uncertainty problem, which is brought by decision makers, and so on. It helps us to understanding strategy-context more scientifically and more realistically, it also can be significant for us to draw up effective alternatives. In addition, PT-based strategy choice provide a valid and dependable method for evaluating alternatives.In the and, PT-based strategy-context model and PT-based strategy choice are applied in enterprise C, to guide the production activity and to promote enterprise C realizing its strategy target. Note that the model and method is testified to be feasible.
