| Trade relations between Russia and China are very important at a global level. Experts predict, that in the nearest 5-8 years the economy of both countries will reach an epoch enough fast development, cooperation of two countries will lead to achievement of the common strategic purposes.Last years transition to a global level is observed in relations between Russia and China,there were many problems existed in the bank balance system, in law arbitrage system, credit insurance system, quality inspect system, etc., especially the phenomena of"black custom clearance", which were stirring the development between two countries. There are many problems in the Russian-Chinese trade system and its decision is the important task for the further development of cooperation. Very prominent aspect is development of cooperation at a regional level. For mutually advantageous cooperation creation systematized complex of some measures is necessary, it is necessary to set up general strategic purposes and the general policy on their achievement.It should be organized some industrial trade corporations, that will unite manufacturing, circulating, scientific research, transportation and after-sale services, that allow to provide with high quality low-cost products to the Russian market. It should be escalated export of high-knowledge and high-capital, high-added value products to absorb interests from Russian market. Generally speaking, it should be achieved higher strategy level to force the two countries economic development through acceleration of Sino-Russian trade relations and understanding of premier chances of both sides, to establish Sino-Russian long-term trade development strategy earlier.The history of Sino-Russian economic and trade cooperation explains that the development of mutual reliable politics of both countries and strategic cooperation guarantee the foundation of the trade cooperation development. The heads and the government of both countries have started to pay attention to the Sino-Russian trade relations development healthiness and negative effects. During the past in China " Year of Russia " heads of the states had been listed measures for the further development of cooperation. If see product structure of both countries, the main exporting products from China to Russia mainly are labour-intensive industry finished products, but export of electronic products rapidly increased in last years. China mainly imports from Russia raw and processed materials. The quantity of raw and processed materials import from Russia to China exceeded, and this situation of trade structure stability is dangerous. Many channel cooperation relations, both sides corporations and areas increasingly mature. The complementarity of Sino-Russian economics determines the Sino-Russian long-term and push standardization strategy. Experts predict, that tendency of Sino-Russian trading products will be victory of cheap, quantity, quality and excellence, that is the China prospective.With the raising of Chinese shoe production in the world the Sino-Russia shoe trading is constantly growing up to the new level. I have practiced for 5 months in a company that specializes in Sino-Russian transportation for 10 years and established good logistic schemes and network resources, has laid a base for Sino-Russia trade and in the future all these will help the company to achieve the great success in the field of shoe trade. The consumer research has shown: in half a year 23% of Russian citizens purchased women shoes and 16% purchased men shoes. 42% of Russian consumers purchase shoes on street markets and 25.4% in the specialized shops, 10.5% of consumers purchased shoes in non-specialized shops, 6.6% prefer to purchase shoes in the supermarkets, other 15% purchase shoes in other places.In some areas of Russia 50% of consumers purchase shoes on street markets. On the contrary, in Moscow and Saint-Petersburg the share of consumers who prefer to purchase shoes in specialized shops is higher than of those purchasing shoes on street markets. In the last few years a lot of big shoe centers opened in Russia, they are targeted at the middle high income class of consumers. On the other hand, shop chains for middle income consumers also showed rapid development.However, at the same time with the rapid development of China shoe industry and export there are a lot of problems in this industry: generally the class of products is comparatively low (mainly middle low class of products); industry concentration is not high, throughput is overstocked, product scientific research investments is not enough (most factories use coping, plagiarize in manufacture), the cultural level of employees is low."Black custom clearance"is not suitable for rapid development of trade Sino-Russia relations. Since year 2000 Sino-Russian trade relations has finished"period of milling"and entered the"rapid track period". China customs statistics showed, in the last few years Sino-Russian trade volume increases at 20% every year, in year 2004 Sino-Russian trade volume achieved 20 billion dollars. It shows that cooperation of both countries have entered the new period of rapid development.But unfortunately trade between citizens of China and Russia started from illegal trade, and"black custom clearance"had it's role in Sino-Russian trade relations, therefore we should see"black customs clearance"from historical point of view.Nowadays such problems as illegal operations, trade risk, especially the imperfectness of bank balance system, unhealthy law arbitrage system and credit insurance system, quality supervising system and border trade system are still causing the lag in trade relations.The factor of interdependence in the relations between Russia and China is obvious. And if bring corresponding corrective amendments in the policy of relations of two countries, it will undoubtedly lead to improvement of the further cooperation. To not miss historically generated opportunities of development of relations between Russia and China it is necessary to undertake a policy, to solve problems and difficulties. China was included into WTO, as well as Russia should be made this step too. Therefore observance by both countries of the basic market and economic principles is necessary. It also is a basis for the further development of cooperation. And also it is necessary the constant analysis of the market of both countries, revealing of features, an establishment of the strategic purposes. Construction of system for quality assurance of the goods and constant control of this function is very important. Use of available opportunities and prospects, will lead to strengthening of cooperation and achievement of the strategic purposes. |
