Science and technology, and the world economic are developing rapidly,so the market competition is becoming more and more fierce. Any thing could be copied by others in quite short time, and the produce is becoming similar. At the same time, the gap of facility and technology between firms is getting smaller. Thus, the other differences except product have become increasingly important. As one of methods, the Business Process Reengineering can't be imitated and rapped, so it turns into a main source of sustained competitiveness and an intangible assets and strategic resources. It attracts attentions of all kinds of fields.Most scholars focus on the definition, methods and estimates, but neglect the influencing factors. Especially, few of study refer to the Manufacturing Enterprise of Communications. Though some people work over it from the prospects of corporate process improving, information technology and organization culture, but nobody studies the inner influencing factors and implementation modalities from the over-all views. Therefore, the paper focuses on manufacturing enterprise of communications'process reengineering.Basing on the literature reviews, the paper enumerates several factors, considering the particularity of manufacturing enterprise of communications.Then, the author investigates and analyses these factors,. The full text is divided into five chapters.Chapter one: introduction. It mainly introduces the background, structure, framework and main meaning, according to the time and industry. Chapter two: literature reviews. Along with the economic development of the times, the firms understand the importance of BPR and make a deep research on it. However, there isn't an uniform opinion. Thus, the part describes and reviews the notions of BPR. Then, the author refers to the common point, and analyzes the principle, the status quo of empirical research and inner influencing factors. Basing on it, the paper bring forward the content: the inner influencing factors of manufacturing enterprise of communications. continue mainly refers to the analysis of BPR. First of all, the paper analyzes the actuality and problems of MEC. Then, the author describe the dominant and recessive inner factors, basing on the research of others and definition of the chapter two. Finally, the paper constructs the framework of factors.Chapter three mainly refers to the influence of inner factors on the BPR. The paper divides all the inner factors into seven terms: human factors, IT, progressing, organization culture, corporate strategy and organization politics. Then, the author analyzes the items and builds the corresponding index systems. Based on it, the author measures the influence of inner factors on the BPR. At the end of the part, the paper mentions the model and advances research hypothesizes.Chapter four mentions the investigation and analysis of the data. Based on the part four, the paper designs the questionnaire. First of all, the author analyzes the validity of questionnaire and check up the reliability and validity. Then, the paper makes correlation analysis and regression analysis in order to verify the assumptions presented in this paper. As a result, we got 114 valid questionnaires. Then, the part identifies the relevance of various dimensions through correlation analysis, and determines the importance of various dimensions through regression analysis.At the end of the paper, the conclusion and suggestion are showed. The conclusion: the inner factor is diversity; the degrees of importance of factors are different. Some of the main factors are human factor, organizational culture, processing, information technology, organizational structure. Based on these conclusions, the author brings forward the advice. Finally, the paper indicates the limits.
