R&D And Manufacture Data Intergration Research In Elevator Manufacture Enterprise

The domestic real estate industry's rapid developmenthas led to the unprecedented development of elevator industry,more and more elevator manufacturers has been set up.This situation also intensified competition.With the acceleration of international trade and global economic integration process,the external environment of manufacturing industry has been changed.The market pay more attention to custormer's individual requirements,and speed up enterprise's response speed of product diversification and personalized.The traditional production organization and management model with old tools can't support the companys to achieve competitive advantage in the global market environment.The information technology combined modern advance management mode will be the enterprise development direction.R&D process and manufacture process is very important for manufacture enterprise,PDM and ERP are the carrier of these two processes.This thesis studied both domestic and abroad theories,and based on current situation of XT enterprise,point out that PDM and ERP is very important for enterprise.And through the research of analyse of the issues we occurred,and consulting expert's opinion,use AHP tool to exhibit the priority of issues.That shows create an opposition and unification data structure based on PDM and ERP will be the key of resolve the information island,it will speed up the R&D data implementation process.This thesis propose a new data structure using multiple view BOM modle,make it more suitable for PDM and ERP data integration.Reconstruction the product change control process to carry the new data structure,so it can running smoothly between the operation functions.And speed up implementation of product,to lay a solid foundation for maximization of corporate profits.
