Study On The Institutional Arrangement Of Corporate Social Responsibility In Agriculture Industrialization Of Xinjiang

As an effective mode of integration of agriculture and industry, the agriculture industrialization can improve the overall efficiency of agriculture, enhance agricultural competitiveness in the international market, and solve the connection problems between the decentralized management of farmers and the main market effectively, promote production marketing and structural adjustment of agricultural. At this stage of China, Agricultural Industrialization has great significance especially. Including promote the strategic adjustment of the agricultural structure; enhance agricultural production efficiency, and increase the income of farmers. But in the process of practice, the problems of the imperfect internal interest connection mechanisms among the Agricultural Industrialization and the instable contracts between leading enterprises and agricultural producers still hinder the development of the agricultural industrialization. At the meantime, in recent years various sectors are conducting a corporate social responsibility movement, the government and industry organizations have implemented various enterprises to fulfill their social responsibility standards and norms, many renowned enterprises has also begun to make a positive response to take real actions in corporate social responsibility movement.Under this background, this paper did some study which was based on the corporate social responsibility theory, the stakeholder theory and the social contract theory on the institutional arrangement of corporate social responsibility in agricultural industrialization of Xinjiang. From the key point of the contract instability of the agricultural industrialization, the necessity of institutional arrangement of CSR was proved with the support of game theory, then the conditions of institutional arrangement of CSR in agricultural industrialization could be described from the external institution constraint and the internal deriving force based on the sustainable development management concept; According to this, the content of institutional arrangement of CSR in the agricultural industrialization could be described; then some study about the absence of CSR of agricultural industrialization in Xinjiang was did, at last some measures and suggestions which would improve the development of agricultural industrialization in Xinjiang were suggested.
