Research The Mechanism Of Advantages Enrichment From Behavioral Economics Angle

Today's economy is vastly different from the economy of 100 years ago. The normal people can access to many new communication technologies easily, rapidly and relatively cheap; Entrepreneurs can benefit so unprecedented that they could build their own empires from the advantages of the scale economy; The government are still requesting powerful monopolies to adhere to the anti-monopoly laws announcing for the people's live hood on one hand while maintaining their own monopoly position on the other hand. Based on the information economy, the Advantages Enrichment Effect occurs in all walks of economic life. So, in-depth understanding of the Advantages Enrichment Effect is with both theoretical and practical positive significance.In this paper, I analyzed the advantages enrichment phenomenon under a hypothesis that the community is a self-organized system. From the angle of Behavioral Economics, I discussed the causes, the theoretical foundation, the inevitable occurrence of the Advantages Enrichment Effect in detail from six aspects. The six aspects included the International-scale Economy, economic phenomenon of psychological cluster, "Lewin Behavior formula," Prospect theory, lock-in and transfer costs and Limited rationality "economic people".
