The Research On Construction-in-process Financial Control Methods Of Yingkou Port Group

With sustained economic growth of China, infrastructure investment of various sectors increased year by year, port construction also significantly speeds up. In the absence of effective financial control, there are many problems in current infrastructure, and affects assets investment return, the process control of projects into fixed assets is one of the problems. With sustained economic growth, strengthening construction-in-process financial control has become a top priority.Based on the Yingkou port group control analysis of projects into fixed assets, this paper proposes the approach of the construction-in-process financial control management, and makes recommendations and methods for the project and fixed assets of Yingkou port and other similar enterprises.This paper is divided into four sections.Part I, introduction, proposes the current problems of port projects into fixed assets, introduces the theory and decrypts research ideas and methods.Part II, analysis of financial control, through the status analysis of Yingkou Port asset control, project and pre-fixed assets, clears current financial control deficiencies.Part III, the construction-in-process control methods research, proposes the overall structure of Yingkou port construction-in-process financial control management codes the construction-in-process system and makes pre-fixed assets financial control management.Part IV, the implementation of the safeguard measures, puts the key issues and further improve proposal.This study has great significance to projects into fixed assets problems. The construction-in-process problems of Yingkou port is representative, through its analysis and conclusions, for other infrastructure sectors, in particular the port sectors project management and fixed assets management has an important reference value.
