As the process of building a well-off society, the rural areas development quickly: the rural economy improves steadily, the income of the farmers gradually increases, the rural community to continue to remain stable. However, it should be noted, there still exist many contradictions and difficulties in the development: the level of urbanization in rural areas is backward; agricultural modernization is difficult; the income gap between urban and rural areas is increasing. "Three Rural Issues" become the key and difficult problems in China's economic and social development.The distribution, construction and operation of road infrastructure, is an important basis of socio-economic development. Rural road is the main carrier of passengers and freight's transport. Rural road is also the necessary conditions of rural areas development.Although the road in rural areas made a significant contribution, but the researches only pay attention to the relationship that between the transport industry and the national economy (regional economy). The research on the relationship between the transport industry and the national economy subsystems (including agriculture) is blank. Study how to use the relationship that between "the traffic industries"(especially the "road tool industry") and the problems of rural areas to support the rural areas development, and to establish a stable mechanism, it is a new cross-research field.The thesis relies on the State Social Science Fund Project " the Research on the Relationships between the rural highway of the Three Gorges Reservoir area and"three rural issues"" .With the method that disseminate the questionnaire and interviews to obtain the related data and information, mainly visited three representative road in Chongqing that included Wuxian road, subsidiary roads Wanzhou-Liangping expressway, and the town road from Jielong to Jiangjia in Banan District. The thesis use both the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to research the problem.Through analysis, the thesis were obtained the dynamic connection that between the rural road and rural areas, agriculture, the peasants, and the diagram model. From the model, the last part of the thesis gives some advice to solve the rural issues.
