The Research Of Game Theory And Countermeasure For Railway Construction Enterprise On Project Bidding

From the view of railway construction enterprise, it elaborates two aspects on this paper. One is the game between railway construction enterprise and unit on project bidding, and the other is the game among railway construction enterprises.With different game information and constraint conditions, it establishes different game model, then analysis the game model in string-bid and surround-bid, model in collusion-bidding between railway construction enterprise and unit, and model in combined-bidding, and researches the corresponding countermeasure. On different evaluation method, it builds the game model of cost distribution function, fuzzy prediction, and score matrix, and superposition between complex base price method and coefficient method of effective quote upper limit, then gives the relevant strategy of quote price and solution, especially guiding to later railway project bidding quote with example as quote of Beijing Multiple Depot project.
