Study On Assessment Of Environmental Impacts Assessment For Railway Passenger Dedicated Line Construction Project

In this article, firstly, it introduces the definition, the feature and the effect of environmental impact assessment for construction project. Secondly, it represents the existing conditon and the trend of development of environmental impact assessment in and out country, the content of environmental impact assessment contains the natural environment influence, ecological environment influence,social environment influence and esthetics environment influence. It establishes prefect index mark for environmental impact assessment of passenger dedicated line construction project. Thirdly, it introduces several environmental impact assessment models for railway construction projects. At last, it makes case analysis for JingQin passenger dedicated line construction project and uses fuzzy synthetical assessment model to evaluate, the result is well.
