After real estate and individuals were pushed to the market economy, the advertising has become a link between them. The former researches about the real estate advertising were achieved great success, but most of them concentrated on operation or grand narration.On the foundation of introducing the hypostasis and the methodology of the communication under the ritual view, this article discusses the possibility that the ritual view of communication could using in the research of real estate advertisements. At the same time, using the method of content analysis, and sampling the sample from Chinese Business View, the real estate advertisements were presented through the visual symbols and language symbols. In the process of research about the real estate advertising under the horizon of the ritual view of communication, it was concluded that communication represent and maintain the society through sharing the possession of common faith.The research on material communication text under the horizon of the ritual view is fresh at present. This article maybe can do something to the press operation and communications reach.
