Study On The Foreign Exchange Risk Management Of Chinese International Trade Enterprise

With the global economic integration and further deepening of the reform and opening-up, the socialist market economic system is established and developed gradually and the foreign economic trade in China will speed up, especially with China's entry into WTO, China is being connected to the world economy closer and closer. More and more domestic enterprises are facing with international competition. Exchange rate risk management has now become an inevitable question to international enterprises. Under such background,our foreing trade enterprises have to confront sixty-four-dollar question as how to study the methods used by foreign multinational companies and establish an integrated management system of forign exchange risk in order to avoid and lessen losses effectively.Currently, a lot of researches and study for international type's principle and method of foreign exchange risk management of the business enterprise have already been made by domestic researchers, but mostly stayed around an introductive level.Therefore, the text try to study the foundation of foreign exchange risk management within internationalization of the Chinese business enterprise, having certain realistic meaning.Based on the theories of foreign countries and the status quo of forign exchange risk management of our enterprises, a further study is made to analyze the integrated establishment of forign exchange risk management system of our enterprises ,with three links of risk identification,risk measure and risk control as its core.The study methods are mainly combined with analysis and discussion.Although the study of foreign exchange risk manamement has a long history in abroad,yet it is still a new business in China,especially for Chinese enterprises. However, it can be predicted that along with the further development of Chinese market economy, its theory and methods will continue to innovate and improve.
