The Research About Financial Stratagem Of Group Enterprises In Our Country

As the establishment and improvement and development of china's socialist economic system , group enterprises in China became the economic organizations and show a trend of rapid development. However, due to the continuous expansion of the scale, the complex organizational structure, effective financial management has been troubled group-oriented enterprises and healthy development of the economic benefits expected to be a major challenge.Based on the theory of financial strategy, analysis of the practice problems of financial strategic management of the group-oriented enterprises that existed in NC ,as a example ,one of state-owned enterprise groups , should focus on the issues of further research, through the viewpoint of establishment of a systematic and practical strategy of property-management mechanism, to promote the health of china's group enterprises, sustained development. This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is introduction, included the research background and significance , the research methods and structure of paper, the work carried out to be a brief introduction.The second part is the basic theory and practice ,included the selective introduction of the meaning of the financial strategy, features and content to provide follow-up study ,our country and abroad on the theory and practice, financial problems on syndicates-oriented enterprises in china strategic management.The third part is the financial strategy of the group of the status quo, this is one of the focuses of this paper. NC corp.,the select group of state-owned enterprises as a research object, for its development in the group of the problems that exist in the process, is studied from a financial point of strategic analysis, to explore the formation of enterprise financial management model, in budget management, information technology building, investment financing and strategic management achievements.Part IV, the focus of attention of china's financial strategy of group practice-oriented enterprises should be, is the most important task in this paper. This section linking the historical trajectory and characteristics of NC Group's financial strategy management and the status quo with the existing problems of the management, is studying key financial information and ideas on strategic management of group-oriented enterprises in china's practice ,and analysing the financial strategy under the guidance of finance centralized management should focus on solving their problems. To adapt to characteristics of financial strategy in China's group-oriented enterprises, a strong systematic and practical financial strategy should focus on solving the problem would be introduced, such as the financial strategy under balance control mode ,and how to have the flexibility to promote financial strategy's practice, to support our group-oriented enterprises for sustainable development.The end is conclusion of this paper.
