Methodology Research On Information System Implementation Of China's City Gas Enterprise Groups

21st century is the times of economic globalization and knowledge transmitting with high speed. More and more industries and enterprises have been employing information system for their development for output enhancement, cost reduction and profit increase, on the circumstances of severe competition and fast movement.As in the basic public industry with government-operated history, China' s city gas enterprise groups are in faced of the above problem of information system employment , for management pattern optimization , efficiency upgrading , judgement-making level improving and profit increasing as well.In this thesis, the historic and present information system implement situation of China' s city gas industry is analyzed, under the background of information system implication of China' s enterprises. Then, after studying the essence, content, shortage and difficulties of the information system in China' s city gas enterprise groups, the information system implementation process for this specific enterprise groups is pointed out. The main process includes leadership team establishment, training and announcement, phase target setting, management diagnose, system selection, data preparation, operation training, employment, evaluation, checking and accepting, etc. Finally, a series of guarantee method, such as organization, financing, contract, data, principle, time and training, should be available for maintaining the operation.
