Enterprise informationlization are widely accepted, many Chinese enterprises have been or are being implemented enterprise management information systems. But the success rate of implementation is still low, mainly because of management, technology, and personnel factors. Enterprise information system user’s attitude is one of important factors, but attitude is a general concept, it cannot guide the implementation of enterprise information systems directly, so the breakdown of the elements of attitude, and look for the impact factors of these elements is particularly important.Based on the literature review and some theories about information systems implementation, the three elements of theory are widely used in study. The three elements are named, cognitive, emotional, behavioral intention. So the study adopted the theory, found the elements’factors (perception of compatibility, computer self-efficacy, objective norms, perceived usefulness, and perceived ease of use) and established a conceptual model. Based on the conceptual model, the questionnaires were designed and surveyed. The questionnaire data were collected, and analyzed in the AMOS. The hypothesis and the variables’ relationship in the concept model were verified. The results show that perceived compatibility, task technology fit are two important factors of influencing cognitive, objective norms is an important factor affecting the emotions, but computer self-efficacy is little influence. Perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use are two important factors that affect behavioral intention. That the cognitive, emotional, behavioral intentions are important factors that affect the attitude is verified. Therefore industrial characteristic, enterprise context and other factors will be taken into account to optimize the provided model in the future research.
