With the increasing awareness of bad effects prompted by environment pollution, the publicity pays much attention to cleaner products. The reason is that pollution from the product and consume course of traditional product, can be reduced by the improvement of the cleaner product market. And it is a course of diseconomies external effects "quasi-internal". But, resource can not be allocated efficiently by the market distribution itself in such a situation. Thus, the development of the cleaner products should be supported by the government. By the application of externality theory, the paper analyzes the interest mechanism of the cleaner products market, and establishes the Game model of some economic entities. Through the results analysis of its Nash Equilibrium, drawing a number of policy recommendations. At last, the paper establishes the Game model for electrical vehicle market, and does an empirical study on it.This paper presents main conclusions and achievements as follows:1. By the application of the externality theory, the paper analyzes the promotion of the interests in cleaner product market.2. Paper combines the interest and market behavior of economics entities, and does some research on the internal mechanism of promoting the cleaner product market.3. Paper establishes the Game models of government, enterprises and consumer in the markets, analyzing the government, enterprises and consumer's Game results of the Nash Equilibrium, acquires the conclusions both on the policy supporting directions and degree that can ensure the enterprises and consumers to participate in the building of green market. Paper provides a theoretical basis for the government.4. Paper establishes the electric vehicle market Game model, analysis the interests of electrical vehicle users, charging facilities operators and promotes the policy recommendations that can improve the electric vehicle market mechanism.
