In recent years, the major cities of China suffered from continuedwarning of PM2.5 environmental indicators.China’s environmental problems are becoming more and more serious, so that the automobile exhaust pollution has become the focus of public concern. Electric vehicles, because of its clean-efficient-sustainable features, has become a major force to promote the process of environmental protection. The government should carry out the policy guidance and the policy subsidy correctly, then the electric vehicle industry in our countrywould be healthy developed. In this paper, based on the current domestic and foreign research results of electric vehicle subsidy policy, the following work has been done:1.With the simulation advantages of AnyLogic platform, we built aped-based modelwhich considered the Social system’s randomness and systematicnesswith the simulation advantages of AnyLogic platform.2. Wedesign the properties of the agents, define the complex interaction between the three parties and their respective behavior strategies. The simulation design of the electric vehicle subsidy policy model is completed, and the simulation results are analyzed.3. According to the existing electric vehicle subsidy policy, we built up the simulating model whichcombined the real time simulation image and the theoretical data analysis. We take the Beijing second ring as an example. The implementation of electric vehicle subsidy policy would be analysis and evaluate, through the government power and the grid’s index statistics as well as the real-time operation of electric vehicle simulation image. This paper fills in the lack of simulation and verification problems in the research of electric vehicle subsidy policy,The results show that this paper can provide an effective evaluation platform for the government subsidy policy’s formulation and planning.
