Study In Ramp Control Of HSS Airports Of China

The past few years have witnessed rapid growth of China's civil aviation transport industry, and the domestic HSS, Hub-and-Spoke system airports have been appeared in their elementary forms. Continuously raising the standards of their management has been the pivotal step to promote the HSS airports development. Effectively strengthen the management of the ramp control, is an important part to improve the effectiveness of airport services and airport security operations. So, it is of great practical significance to study the ramp control of HSS airports. This paper briefly introduced the background of China's civil aviation development, the present situation of domestic and foreign airport management, analyzed the problems in the confusion at the ramp traffic management, flight operations management of non-standard protection and imperfect rules in airfield management issues. With examples of analysis and research methods, give a brief account of the Hong Kong International Airport and Beijing Capital International Airport at the ramp management of airfield of the characteristics and experience. Recommendations have been summed up to strengthen ramp control of HSS airports in 5 parts- to strengthen the monitoring in ramp operation, to raise the level of the flight operators' skills, to standardize flight operations, to improve the ramp control rules, to improve operating efficiency on the basis of ensuring flight security.
