Research On Development Strategy Of IVD Enterprises In China

Following acceleration of the global economic integration and development of the biotechnology, In vitro diagnostic(IVD) enterprises in china are faced the larger opportunities and challenges. It is an important topic put in front of the IVD enterprises in china, that how to exist and how to develop in market competition that is increasingly change much. Implementing the corporate strategy management, however, is a valid path for the IVD enterprises to adapt to the dynamic and frequently changing environment, to strengthen the ability of market competition, and to promote their persistent development.In this dissertation, the method that theories combine with practices has been adopted in the research of the whole process that IVD enterprises implement strategic management in our country. At first, the theories and application of strategic management were introduced in brief. The trait and key factor for the success of the IVD industry was analyzed. Then, macroscopic exterior environment to draw up the strategic management was analyzed for IVD enterprises in our country. Michael Porter s five-forces model was used as an analytical tool for competitive environment of IVD profession in our country. The main resources ability was analyzed to the internal environment of the IVD enterprises in our country. The SWOT combination analysis was carried out on the basis of the analysis of the exterior and interior environment of the enterprises. Then according to the result of the SWOT combination analysis, Some development strategy adapting to the IVD enterprises including concentrating business strategy ,integrating backwards strategy, teamwork competition strategy,international strategy concentrating on some state are put forward. The competition strategy and function strategy is provided to our country's IVD enterprises.Finally,the suggestions are provided for the IVD enterprises in our country to implement the strategy.
