Research On Schedule Management Of R&D Proiects In Vitro Diagnostic Reagents

The rapid development of global economic integration and the acceleration of the process of biological technology, the bio pharmaceutical enterprises are facing great opportunities and challenges. In order to adapt to the dynamic and changeable environment, enhance market competitiveness, and promote sustainable development of enterprises, research and development of new products is very important. Progress of scientific management to enterprise’s R&D projects, can be more efficient to promote R&D project completion, plays an important role in the development of enterprises.Application of the theories and methods of project schedule management based on the in vitro diagnostic reagents in R&D projects, aimed at strengthening the schedule management of in vitro diagnostic reagents development projects, shorten the project development cycle, the in vitro diagnostic reagent market as early as possible. The main work is as follows:(1) This thesis systematically analyzes the present situation of enterprise project management, to promote the enterprise project management as a breakthrough, re design the management process, construction schedule control responsibility system, put forward a new and effective communication mechanism, put forward a new supervision and management measures.(2) Application of modern project management theory in WBS, Gantt chart, critical path method, the application of the method were in progress management agent R&D projects in enterprises, and successfully solves the problem of project schedule management.(3) This thesis uses system management theory, the R&D project schedule management and the whole enterprise management are combined, the paper presents the methods and measures of project schedule management suitable for the actual situation of the enterprise.(4) By using the method of process management, according to the system principle and the’closed loop principle, from the analysis of the development process, make a schedule and optimize the schedule, introduced multi-party participation, parallel management, strengthen communication method, comprehensive control on schedule. Through the research on schedule management of in vitro diagnostic reagents for R&D project of W company, a method was established for reagent R&D project schedule management, summarizes the practical application experience, and put forward reasonable suggestions. With the guidance of similar enterprises progress management practice and improve the level of enterprise project management will play a positive role in promoting.
