Since the reform and opening-up along with the continuous perfection of our country's socialist market economy system, the layout of the state economy and the industrial Structures has been gradually upgraded. Except the public economy such as the intrinsic state owned economy and the community economy, the non-public economy has grown up and developed rapidly, which include the individually-run enterprises composed by the individual merchant and private enterprise, foreign investment enterprises and the mixed ownership enterprises controlled by all kinds of private capital.Though the individually-run enterprises play more and more important role in our national economy, the beginning of it in China was relative late. They often belong to small in scale, weak economic strength, insufficiency credit. Because of the detaining of financial reform in China, lack of finance product, bad finance service and the narrow financing channel,"financing difficulties"impede the development of our individually-run enterprises.Though individually-run enterprises create the same or even more value compared to the resource advantage state-owned enterprises, it can only take the terribly inappropriate capital resource compare to its achievement. According to the characteristics of socialist market economy, resource is circulating. When capital resource can not create or just create little value in state-owned enterprises, it should flow to the individually-run enterprises with value attaining ability.Based on this consideration, this paper does meticulous research on the present situation of the financing of the individually-run enterprises and does sampling survey on some individually-run enterprises. Then we analyze the inside and outside factors of the individually-run enterprises'financing dilemma in detail and bring forward the countermeasures, combined with the measures which is used by the developed countries'mature market to solve the same problem. In the end through the field investigation, we thoroughly analyze the financing features of Company and give out the suitable financing plan accordance with practical situation, which can help Company to survive the financing dilemma and solve the common problems faced by all individually-run enterprises such as its high operation risk and low ability of financing.
