Analysis Of The Financing Dilemma Of Private Enterprises And Its Countermeasures

With the continuous expansion of China's reform and opening up,private enterprises have developed rapidly.They play an important role in adjusting industrial structure,providing employment opportunities,promoting social and technological progress,and stabilizing the national economy.However,the financing difficulties faced by private enterprises have been constrained.The further development of private enterprises.This paper firstly outlines the contribution of private enterprises to the national economy and the significance of capital to enterprises.Then it discusses the purpose and research value of this paper.Through the research and interpretation of financing theory,it analyzes the financing dilemma faced by private enterprises and the behind them.The reason is finally to take Beijing Wanmen Education Technology Co.,Ltd.as an example.I hope to find a way to help enterprises solve the current financing difficulties.Finally,I will sum up the experience and hope that for Chinese private enterprises to face the same or similar problems,whether in the Practical problems or theoretical guidance provide some guiding significance.Based on the previous studies,this thesis will follow the ideas of “propose problems,analyze problems and solve problems”,from the inside to the outside,from shallow to deep,and comprehensively apply multi-disciplinary methods such as financial economics,game theory and management.System analysis and comparative analysis are combined to build a financing framework for private enterprises.Based on the research results of others,they can put forward their own views according to the research and thinking of the actual situation of the enterprise,and find a financing method suitable for the enterprise itself,while providing other enterprises with financing methods.
