Since the foundation of the Peoples'Republic of China, we have made the policy of paying more attention on industry. Since the nineties, it has been an important problem of impacting our economy development that the position of agriculture is weakened gradually. In the background of fast development of economy, bigger gap between agriculture and industry, more attention on"three agriculture", this paper researches and discusses the normal mechanism of the route of industry nurturing agriculture from theory and practice two angles, and try to find out the route of industry nurturing agriculture. Under the guidance of the theory of agricultural development in the development economics, this paper uses comparative analysis and case analysis to research the problem of industry nurturing agriculture. The life of industry nurturing agriculture can be divided into transition period and nurturing period two stages. By comparing the choice of route and practice in South Korea, Japan and the United States, this paper has the result of normal mechanism of the route of industry nurturing agriculture in different stages.Through the analysis of the current situation of the relationship between agriculture and industry, this paper finds out: our country is now in the transition period of industry nurturing agriculture, the industry is not very strong and can not feed back the agriculture in large-scale. Before made the choice of the route of industry nurturing agriculture, we should take this into account. Under the direction of the theories above, this paper realizes, the choice of the route of industry nurturing agriculture that meets our country's situation should: By adjusting the distribution pattern of national income, increase the support for agriculture; Through the establishment and improvement of the operating mechanisms of the agricultural industry, improve agricultural competitiveness; Through the reform of the education system in rural areas, breed rural practical training personnel; By adjusting the dual economic structure , achieve the surplus agricultural labor force urbanization; Through targeted technical feedback, promote agricultural development to raise the income of peasants.
