Based on the context of expressway network and the development of the third party logistics, expressway network is involved into logistics service system, and regional expressway logistics network is constructed through integrating the expressway transportation network.Logistics network mainly consists of logistics nodes which are responsible for providing storage and distribution and logistics passage which is responsible for goods transportation. According to the theoretical analysis of isomorphism between expressway network and logistics network, we believe that service areas of expressway are optimal location of logistics nodes, and expressway serve as logistic passage to expressway logistics network. Expressway logistics network planning includes the location of logistics nodes and the routes of logistics passage. That is, logistics nodes are selected from a number of service areas of expressway, and logistics passage between logistics nodes chosen and city nodes served are optimized.We explore general method of expressway logistics network planning based on location-routing problem, and divide the study of expressway logistics network planning into location of expressway service area used as the logistics node and routes of expressway considered as logistic passage. Mathematic model is constructed based on location-routing problem. In this paper, genetic algorithm is proposed to solve this model, and genetic algorithm is optimized for the precision and efficiency. Because of many factors involved, the existing evaluation index system is not enough to a comprehensive, effective evaluation of expressway logistics network planning. So we adopt a multi-level and comprehensive method of fuzzy evaluation to this problem. Finally, practicability of the model, validity of the algorithm and rationality of evaluation are verified by the analysis of a calculation example. A broad social logistics network is expected to develop on the basis of expressway network, and this thesis has good application value.
