The Research On Coordination Development Between The Traffic Infrastructure Construction And The Social Economy

Traffic infrastructure is the support system of social economic activity. Its bearing capacity must be suitable for demand pressure produced by social economic activity. Only by so doing can social economic activity be going on in an orderly way and social economy be substantially developing. But since the People's Republic of China founded, the level of the traffic infrastructure could not fit the requirement of the economy development, and then became the"bottle-neck"which restricted the development of the economy. Through several decades of economy construction, it has been gradually known that traffic construction is important to national economy development. Along with the investment of social to traffic infrastructure construction is increasing, the restriction which brought to economy development is gradually alleviating, the traffic infrastruction construction has shown powerful stimulating effect to economy development. But because of the inherent essence of traffic infrastructure, how to deal well with the relationship between it and the other department of national economy system has the important theoretical and practical significance.First, the history of the traffic infrastructure construction and the social economy development from different national conditions or different development modes is systematically investigated, and the mechanism of the interaction between them is deeply discussed. On the basic of it, the traffic infrastructure and social economy system is established, connotation and operation framework of the coordination development of the system are deeply analyzed. And then the evaluation index system of coordination development is set up, which can describe, monitor and forewarn coordination development situation of the traffic infrastructure and social economy system. Based on data envelopment analysis method, synergistic validity model, developing validity model and comprehensive validity model are established. According to these established models, quantitative real-time assessment and measure are carried out for coordination degree of the traffic infrastructure and social economy system.Last, the above theories and evaluation models are tested and verified by obtaining the practical situation of Hunan province. It can put forward theoretical foundation and operational specific measures to the transportation authorities at all levels.
