Research On The Coordination Development Between The Traffic Infrastructure Construction And The Development Of Regional Economy

Traffic infrastructure is the basic industry of national economy and social-cause development, and it is also the important sustenance and assurance of it. But since the People's Republic of China founded, the level of the traffic infrastructure could not fit the requirement of the economy development, and then became the "bottle-neck" which restricted the development of economy. Along with the investment of social to traffic infrastructure construction is increasing, the restriction which bring to economy development is gradually alleviating, the traffic infrastructure construction has shown powerful stimulating effect to economy development. But because of the inherent essence of traffic infrastructure, how to deal well with the relationship between it and the other department of national economy system which have the important theoretical and practical significance. This paper starts with the relationship between the traffic infrastructure construction and the development of regional economy by historical investigating, and the phenomenon of its interaction is analyzed on detail. And on the basic of it, the traffic infrastructure and the regional economy system is established, the system is analyzed from the side of inscape, structure, characteristic and the types of its interaction. Then this paper points out that the development strategy for traffic infrastructure and economy is currently an unbalance development strategy based on the traffic infrastructure developed firstly. After discussing it and aims at the fundamental realities of our country, the paper points out that the coordination development between the traffic infrastructure and the regional economy development which will be more helpful for national economy development, and the inner mechanism and the developing frame of the coordination development between the traffic infrastructure and the regional economy is deeply analyzed. And then the paper sets up the evaluation index system of coordination development, establishes the coordination degree and coordination development level model, the total coordination development level trend index model and the GM(1,N) analyses and evaluates model, on the basis of these established models, the quantitative analysis and evaluation are carried out for the traffic infrastructure and the regional economy system. At last this paper provides a demonstration study on Hunan province, and according to the evaluation results and the new situation that the Hunan province have, this paper puts forward some suggests of the development of the traffic infrastructure and the regional economy system.
