China has been the most active and energetic economic area worldwide, with its either up-speed of joint in global economic environment or rising of economic power. Electrolux Corporation, the global leading manufacture in the field of high-end household appliances, as its international rivals, has landed on in China, due to gradual increasing in inland purchasing power and great market's potential. However, it is not every tool to success in China whatever sufficient capital or advanced technology or sophisticated managerial experiences. Chinese white household appliance industry has gotten to mature and of competitive in the prior ten years'severe competition, in this vital game, each link of the industry chain has decreased their margin owing to the ruthless Price Competition.As to Electrolux, how to perform better in this rather rough arena, which is the problem this paper to discuss. This paper is going to analyze Electrolux China's marketing strategy in terms of product mix, brand, price, sales channels, then to suggest: it is important that the headquarter of Electrolux in Sweden should provide more fund and R&D emphasis than before in China; it is long and stable developing way that establishing and implementing firmly and resolvedly tactics fitting the strategy ELECTROLUX has set down, it is a way to fulfill the sustainable development that looking for the new demand from customers and finding out the suitable cooperation pattern with the various parts in sales channels in China.The analytical Points of views are as follows:From a strategies and marketing Point of view, to analyze the China white household appliance market and it's main competitors,applying Michael Porte's 5 Strength, SWOT, SPT model . Explore the past and future of Electrolux China, from an operational point, giving the possible and practical mode of operations directions.
